Convert Photoshop PSD to Thesis Theme on Wordpress

I would like an experienced programmer to convert 2 Photoshop PSD files (one for the home page and one for the sub page) into the Thesis theme for Wordpress. ## Deliverables I have two Photoshop files (attached as a zip file). One is for the home page and one is for the sub page. I need a programmer who is experienced with the Thesis framework to help me convert these PSDs into a working theme. You don't have to do the navigation menu. What's in the PSD is the existing navigation menu that you can see at [login to view URL] In addition, the area where the slideshow placeholder is on the homepage will be replaced by the video that's on [login to view URL] (note that it's not .com) Please let me know if you have any questions.
