Customise Wordpress from Template

We have purchased a template/theme from TemplateMonster for our Wordpress blog. It is installed and working. However, we need someone who can use the source files from the themes folder to customise it for us - images, pages, and content. All of the changes will be supplied to the winning bidder - and all images and source files will be provided to make things easier for you. Changes include: :: add some images with links to front page :: add content on home page :: add menu/navigation pages to the top :: add navigation pages to the left/right of pages :: add links to the footer :: create pages and inner pages for the site, ready for us to add content into We want someone who knows how to use Wordpress very well, as we will pay you in future to make further changes and to add/install mods.
