wordpress expert - Bid fast - repost

I have a wordpress website, and facing 2 issues - 1. When viewed on smartphone such as samsung s3 & htc .... the 'View menu' button does not work anymore, it does not reveal the menu list as before. You can see what I mean when you go to [login to view URL] and view on smartphone 2. When viewed on Ipad/Tablet the shopping cart button is missing. It seems to be different colour(white) and overlapping the search button slighty.... are you able to put it back as a normal button like before & not overlapping search button? I need someone urgent to complete this project, winner will get 3 more projects from me
