Conversion of a powerpoint to HTML / CSS

Hello Our website is already completed in powerpoint format. We need to have it converted into HTML / CSS. There are 6 different pages, and 3 popups. Five out of the six pages are very similar. Here are the requirements for this project: 1. Hand coded xhtml markup 2. Lightweight tableless CSS layout 3. The pages must pass W3C validation 4. Cross-browser development : Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE (including IE6) 5. The pages have a different number of tabs in their menu * for a given page all the tabs must have the same width * for a given page the menu must take the full page's width 6. The main content area of the pages must fit the width of the browser's window ; although there will be minimum and maximum width for the global website container JQuery knowledge will be appreciated.
