Customize Banner Rotator

Have an existing AS3 flash/xml banner rotator that cycles through JPEGS, SWFs and FLV/videos. Need several tweeks including having clickable buttons animate in and sit on top of each slide controlled by XML. ie. [login to view URL] flies in from x position to y position. When button is clicked it either plays video or links to URL. Also need the existing navigation arrows on both sides to only appear(fade up and fade out) on mouseover of stage.
