Change Flash Media Player to HTML5 Media Player

Hi All, We are developing a project in Symfony 1.4. We need someone expert in HTML5 and Symfony 1.4. This is a long term project and the first task is to replace the Flash media player with HTML5 Media Player with various level of customization like 1) Playing/Displaying Video files 2) Playing/Displaying Audio files 3) Displaying Picture files 4) Play, pause, Forwad and Backward Buttons 5) Home Button 6) Playlist etc. Please bid only if you can make a custom HTML5 Media Player.
