Cisco Extension Mobility Proxy Customization - repost 2

Required to program a proxy to process cisco phone logons (extension mobility). EM requests are XML based. The proxy has to verify the logon and if callmanager (being the backend) authorises the logon perform certain tasks before allowing the logon process to complete. These tasks are a series of SQL queries which pending on the result may result in additional tasks to be executed (either SQL via AXL or cisco's native API). The values/clauses have to be customisable via a web GUI. There is a requirement to have various debug levels for trouble shooting build in. Project could potentially be extended with another module if successful. Ideally the proxy should be running on Linux. Will would provide all sql queries which would need to be embedded.
