Basic Ebay API URL Call String (ISBN)

I have my Ebay Developer Account along with DevID, ApID, and CertID. I want to be able to search for a Book using ISBN 10 - ISBN13 in General. I kind of have an Example below but I could not really get it to work. I want to be able to have a string where: 1) I can just enter one or some of my ebay developer credentials 2) I can just enter ISBN 10 or ISBN 13 3) Have a filter in this string for: a) Buy It Now Only | Auction Only | Both (I want to be able to switch between them) b) 10 Items Per Request 4) I want to be able to get back: a) Prices Starting From Lowest b) Title Of The Book c) Shipping Cost d) Listing Status e) Bid Count f) Shipping Type g) ListedShippingServiceCost h) Current Price I am only interested in Book Category so the completed project would have: A URL String with my necessary credentials to execute this query (Ebay API) XML response back with all the information mentioned below.
