I initially need advice on which platform will do the specific tasks needed for my organisation- then help setting up and refining the system so that it achieves these objectives. Consider solutions such as Zendesk/freshdesk/Request Tracker or other well known and supported software solutions. Freelancers experienced in specific systems that can set the system up- and advise apps/ add-ons if necessary.
