We are looking for an Accounting business solution using FRESHBOOKS and possibly some ipad or android apps. We want someone to engineer a solution that can accomplish the following. 1. Itemize expenses per projects 2. Under each project, there should be expenses for Labor, Materials, petty cash, timesheets and various expenses associated with the project. 3. Money coming in should be closes coorelated with money coming out. 4. Funds and expenses from other projects must be kept separately. We have 5 to 10 simultaneious projects happening at the same time. Its important to separate these expenses at all times. We plan to eventually use Quickbooks online. However, for the time being, we want a Freshbooks solutions. We want the following for this project. 1. Provide us with a Freshbook Accounting solution along with other tools that may be requireed. 2. Provide some documented training. 3. Provide some online training for the team.
