Need a Xero Accountant fro ongoing work

We need an experienced Xero Accounting Expert who is a Bookkeeper or Accountant. Details as follows: For how long: Ongoing Approx. 20-40 hours per month For Minimum 2 years – so we need a good working relationship Initially: 1. Review our Xero Setup, make recommendations and implement when agreed 2. Review our Nominal accounts in Xero, reduce and simplify 3. We use Tracking in Xero but it needs to be setup 100% Monthly Tasks Involved: 1. Post 30-50 Purchases invoices 2. Post Payments, credit card payments, drawings and returned payments to bank accounts in Xero 3. Reconcile Bank in Xero from Bank information provided 4. Do small Monthly Payroll 2-4 employees done on cloud based Sage one payroll (very straightforward – instructions will be provided if needed) 5. Post to Xero and email payslips to our employees 6. Update our employees leave/absence 7. Assistance with complex Monthly Billing Process which is done using Vtiger, Xero, [login to view URL] and Online Banking – detailed instructions and online training will be provided for this 8. After monthly billing is complete then email invoices to our customers 9. Email payment reminders to our customers as needed 10. Ongoing help and advice 11. Possible P.A/Virtual Assistant services i.e with Mailchimp and our Blogs How we will work together: 1. Skype 2. Google Apps/Docs 3. Dropbox 4. Xero Files Flexibility will be required on tasks, time and availability. Instructions will be communicated on a daily basis.
