Quickbooks Bookeeping UK small business LTD

We have a virtual machine online with quickbook 2011 for an UK small company we need help for insert invoices, sales receipt , bills and 1 bank statement. It s a small job that we need in 2 days. Delay will not be accepted. All the job consist : initial setup of the Quickbook file. 1 bank balance to insert and some cost accounts to create (about 10) approximately 150 invoice/sales receipt (approximately 120 invoice are paid at same date with same bank transaction), other 30 invoices and sales receipt are paid same days with a new account start only in the last period. approximately 250 bill (approximately 100 paid same date by personal credit card account, another approximately 120 are always the same invoice from DHL and it s paid same day with same amount and bank account) 1 bank account transaction to insert and reconcile of 600 transaction (which 240 transaction come automatically for invoice and bill paid same day) We provide all this information in excel we have a preference for experts on the automatic import of bank statements. our accountant gave us a module excel to import transaction. Who will make this job can follow with us for future period each 3/6 months. Before start a long term cooperation , we need to complete this annual report before next saturday. Based on some past experience we ll follow the follow rules : - we provide all clear transaction in excel and we are availble to clarify them. We ll not accept report not verify. The Freelancer have to verify the job before send it. - we ll not accept grouped and not explained transaction, not listed in excel, that show the balance correct when is not. - before the payment , the freelancer accept that the situation will be submitted to our accountant to verify - the freelancer understand that an annual report is a delicated issue and some changment can be asked. We ll realese the payment when we ll be sure that all correspond and accounant approved it. - we ll want follow the job in our server, Quickbook file must be always available in our server to check the ongoing job. - We ll ask the freelancer in which day and time he will make the job to avoid busy freelancer that have only some days or weekend time. - the freelancer that accept the job is the responsable of the project, he can be delegate some workers, but in case of issue he have to answer us directly - the freelancer can t talk with our accountant . we are competent enough to answer, in case some info need , we ll forward to our account and then the reply to the freelancer. All the file will be posted in private to the freelancer.
