a 40 second promo video (from scratch)

This particular effect I need for my words 2., 3., 4., 13. and 14. -> When you go to part 0:14 of the video the next words will be displayed very fast: LET'S -> GET -> READY -> TO. This particular effect I need for my words 5., 6., 7., 8., 9. and 10 but then in a slower pace. -> When you go to part 0:10 of the video it will say JESUS IS ALIVE then it turns into JESUS SET US FREE, the word JESUS stays the same but the IS ALIVE changes into SET US FREE. This particular effect I need for my words 15., 16., 17., 18. and 19 where my word 15. will be the word that stays the same.
