APP Android Wear , Wifi scan,

I need a proposal for an APP for Android Wear: I'm thinking on SONY smartwatch 3 (supports wifi) The APP should run as service: - Every interval (custom interval) should scan wifi BSSIDs and return MAC and RSSI - Then has to send this info to a server. - The APP requires to program a BIG RED button on the screen. Once the user pushes the button the APP will send a message to a server. The button should also be the physical one on the smartphone. Should the user access into the smartphone ( to look the time, other apps et) then the Red Panic button should come back. Th use case is for an emergency alert based on wifi and smartphone Please let me know price for the project.
