Android video Recording with png textured overlay AR

Android native app to record video with face mask, face mask should be with png overlay (a png is given for mask ) and mask should have graphical animation like blink eye and lip moment. this live AR live preview should be recorded along with overlay and save on sd card. this app should use vision api or any opengl , should be installable on older devices(ARCore wont support older devices)
