remove ionic and cordova from my angular site and add notification plugin from github

have an existing angular website that a previous dev integrated ionic and cordova inside and has made the running code a nightware to work. i need to have someone audit and learn the code so they can then remove ionic and have the site continue to function tasks - setup current code on vps - remove ionic and cordova - fix issues with the code when that happens - make changes as needed must have knwledge of vps server setup apache angular expert ionic cordova ssl nginix google console git this is a multi part project. i need an angular and ionic/ cordova expert. Looking for long term dev
