I need a C++ coder for a TITO (ticket in ticket out) machines

Hello, I have a small test program that was written in C++. It is for testing casino gaming machines. The person that developed it made a .DLL available which he has allowed anyone to use it as they see fit. I also have the [login to view URL] file (none of this means much to me). What I need is someone to help me integrate this DLL with a database (Access or SQL express). This database system will interact with casino machines. When someone cashes out it will create a random number from the database and print a ticket. When someone takes this ticket to another machine it will validate it with the database and authenticate it therefore adding credits to the machine. This has been done by other people with this .DLL but they have coding experience. They have made reference to calling to this DLL from Access or SQL I have no experience at all. ## Deliverables I have attached a file to give an idea of what this DLL consists of.
