Need an ASP classic & API expert

No false proposals as it will be a waste of time for you and us. Project timeline 3 days. We have an ecommerce template which is built with asp classic. We need to integrate TaxCloud api into it. Why? 'cause if verifies address and calculate tax based on state and product, being purchased. All you need to do is pass a url (with ssl installed) create an account making sure all its prerequisites are met successfully, create a soap dev environment on that registered URL (Which you entered in step one) and download WSDL file in your environment which will automatically parse complete code necessary to call its services on your domain/server. Once you've tested it and it works, zip it up and send it back. Another thing to do in it is that we don't need to use payment processor from TaxCloud, we will use SimplePay API as our payment gateway, their services can even be called in an iframe I believe. Simple as it is, we are looking for the most honest developer as it takes only 1 days to setup endpoints for each apis (extremely easy steps) and 1 day is for testing. Timeline is strict.
