hi this project component is: UNO CH340G==4$ : arduino board DS18b20==2$ : temperate sensor other component== 4$ : like : bread board , .... programming price is 60$ firmware produce is 80$ : prototype send price is 30$: to your country . this may is less than 30$!!! sum is 180$ but freelancer.com price is 21$ but because your write 250-750 i bid 250 but i do for u 180$+21$=201$

Respected, If you need just code, You can pay just 55$. If you need hardware and softwer it will be cost 500$ because sensors are very expensive (How much money, so much music). So, I will make it with just 2 components. RGB LED and DS18B20 sensor for heat of water. Or If you wonna, we can put potentiometer in case of your tap, It's meaning when it turned, RGB LED will change color. Enjoy
