Create an automatic program for pictures enhancement(especially for face and hair) using artificial intelligence and machine learning

I am a deep learning expert with very much previous experience in computer vision, using CNNs. I can accomplish the task of picture enchancement / upscaling using Python and TensorFlow, with an encoder-decoder model using transfer learning for feature recognition and task-specific training. For feature recognition I would use cutting-edge computer vision neural networks, like VGG19 and/or ResNet. While it is possible to create universal image enchancing neural networks, if you have any specific dataset I could train the model on that data, so it would perform exceptionally on that type of data. I can also gather data from the internet based on some examples or specific requirements (like images of face/hair), so the network would learn to correctly process them and have very good results. I have my own high-end GPU server for training, so I can train the network for a long time to reach optimal performance without extra charge. If you have any questions, please ping me on chat.
