Asp.Net Core 3.1 Blazor components (simple)

Good afternoon, I am looking for a professional Asp.Net Core 3.1 developer who has expertise with Blazor development. I just need the Views of an existing Controller implemented with *** Blazor ***, where these are the requirements: 1 - The grid should be implemented as Blazor Component; and the datasource should be passed as parameter from the View, so the grid columns and its contents should be received from the View 2 - The Create modal, Update modal, Details modal, and the Confirmation modal should be implemented as Blazor Component; and the title, the fields and their contents should be passed as parameter from the View 3 - Absolutely no JavaScript and no jQuery is allowed; only MVC, Razor and Blazor 4 - The dark-gray background effect when opening any Modal should be implemented as well, but my complaint with the current code (which uses CSS) is very slow; I need this redone with very fast code User experience is important and the expectation is to get very fast and fluidly executing code, everything should work fast and fluid. Blazor Server Side is preferred, but Blazor WebAssembly is acceptable if this makes a big difference in user experience. What I will supply to you? - Asp.Net Core 3.1 MVC/Razor project with 11 Controllers, of which just 1 Controller and its Views are implemented What I would like to receive? - Asp.Net Core 3.1 MVC/Razor project redeveloped to use *** Blazor ***, with the same 1 Locations Controller and its Views - After this has been done with satisfaction, there will be 10 more Controllers and its Views to be redeveloped When this project is finished, there will be possibilities for part-time or full-time work.
