Fix ASP application page.

Need a provider to fix my ASP application that I currently have. Provider need tobe an expert in ASP. It written in ASP and it has bug like formating, cannot save, error screen. This task is tobe done asap and provider can access to my hosting to fix it. It should be easy with few hours work. See attached + screenshot. My budget is only $30. Thanks.
