Stock and Mutual Fund Trading Software 85% done .net

I need a programmer that is a great .net programmer. The program is 85% done but the last programmer took a large job and had to stop work on this program. The program downloads stock and mutual fund quotes from Yahoo finance and displays the charts on the screen. (Upto 5 stocks or mutual funds at a time, plus it displays my investment strategy and how well the strategy does over the same time period as well. To calculate Average annual return for each stock and for the annual return of my strategy. 3. to show total profits for each investment 4. need to produce a text file or another page showing changes in my investment method and what trades need to happen in the future. I have all the open code that has already been done and have a video explaining what has been done and what needs to be done in video form. Thanks
