Help with fixing .asp page (old Style)

Have old style asp page that calls a .dll use to work but now with IIS7 won't work. Microsoft direct me to Running Classic ASP Applications on IIS 7 and IIS 8. Can seem to be able to get IIS7 on my laptop using localhost. to work. So need help to get this script to work on my laptop. See attached sample code but I think problem is with IIS settings I have no problem is someone has .aspx code that will do the same thing would be cool.
