We are looking for the completion of the quantity surveying for a 50-room hotel project (3,000 m2 built-up area) for the 1st and 2nd fix electrical, mechanical and low current systems listed below and for the entire property: 1. HVAC 2. Plumbing 3. Fire Fighting 4. Power 5. Low Current An excel sheet is attached to show the distribution of items which require a take-off. The freelancer can also add items which are not found in the excel sheet at their discretion for the sizes only. No need to do items which are not mentioned. The final deliverable is the filled out excel sheet. Autocad drawings will be provided once a NDA is signed by the chosen freelancer.

Assalam o alikum! I read the description of the project. I will calculate all the quantities for MEP system, including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting and electrical power and Low current systems accurately and perfectly including hangers and supports and that materials which is not mention on drawings, junction boxes, strip for ducting, glue, aluminium tape, threaded rods, channel, conduit, elbow, bends and many more. I will provide my previous work as a sample done for similar project. I will do it honestly and professionally. Please, drop a message in chat to start discussion and work on the project.
