i need a blog designer

My computer crash and the desined that i di for my blog is gone. So am startig over. I do have some ideas and layouts that i woukd like to use in my design. But am open to new ideas and design for it. Since i took like a year to do it and restarting it is going to take me a lot of time again. I am planning to do a travel blog that i can write about my trips and upload my pictures, etc.
