Currently have small cabin on a small lot and we are wanting to take part of the existing add on and create a 2nd story, The home is currently not on a foundation and we need to move it to get the correct set backs as per county requirements and build a proper concrete foundation I am limited in lot space and we have certain requirements that we need in the home, I have basic plans and renderings that I have created in Cedreo. I am looking for someone to take our basic idea and turn them into a proper plan that can be summitted with the county to get the building process started. The building site is in Whatcom County Washington. Work can be done remotely as long as the freelancer does everything to our county codes in washington state. I also have a printer to print off large prints so he can send it all via pdf. my biggest thing in the engineering and electrical and plumbing prints. The biggest things for me are the technical items so they comply with whatcom county washington state. I guess I need someone who has a structural engineer on staff also or also is a structural engineer.
