Legal advice for incorporation in Hong Kong

Hi, I want to know deeper information about setting up a company in Hong Kong by a foreigner and possibly opening a bank account. I checked the web and know the basics but I want to ask more; I'll ask a set of questions, then after getting your explanations I'll ask the next set of questions (fewer) and so on for a few times. If you have experience in the field, this is not a difficult job; in many cases you can copy/paste from data that you already have. I need advice including loopholes, grey zone, unofficial but legal ways, so I'm looking for a professional from Hong Kong with experience in incorporation. Please bid only if you are like that.
