nginx patch to support memcache based hashing

The project consists of hashing nginx (written in C) so that it supports ip based hashing through memcache. nginx does already support hashing - not using memcache, but through shared memory [login to view URL] It already has several 3rd party patches for load distribution models: [login to view URL] is one example.
