299841 Replace photos on a Web Folder

Hi all, i have the following project to be inplemented in any client based language you prefer (Delphi, Java, C++ Whatever) more or less the project is a small management tool for replacing photos in a specified web folder. Introduction... : i have the following page. at [login to view URL] the thubnails photos are 140X105 and onclick they are megnified in 600x450 ok so far. This html page is not generated by a database its simply html code. the folder where the pictures are is ./photos1/[login to view URL] ->The Big Picture ./photos1/[login to view URL] -> The Thubnail of the picture i want a client based application (.exe) Which will do the following operations. first have .ini file where i can configure username password domain path of the images in the server (./photos1/) 1. this application should connect to the server get pictures 1,1b,2,2b until 14 and display them to the user. (Preferably only the thubnails and when the user clicks on it to show the bigger image 600x450) 2. open bellow this bigger image which will appear the user will select from a list of images (Which will be thubnails and specified directory c:\thispProgram\images\) of high resollution 1600X1200 the one who wants to replace the previous one. By clicking on the thubnail the image will show with bigger resolution of the thubnail (600x450). the user shouldnt be able to go to step (2) if he hasnt selected an image from step (1). 3. The user finishes by Clicking the REPLACE BUTTON By clicking the replace button the following operations must occur. take the selected image from step (2) resize it in 600x450 with name as the name which had the file on step (1) ex [login to view URL] and make a thubnail file 140X105 with name as the name which had the file on step (1) ex [login to view URL] then after resizing compress the images using a tool such [login to view URL] OCX Component and then replace the files in the server called [login to view URL] [login to view URL] or whatever in the domain and folder which is specified in .ini ps. the files should be less than 100kb for the big one and less than 10KB for the thubnails THank you, i am not paying thousand of $$ for this one! i will pay when i see working demo of the application.
