We have developed a PC app for retrieving data via BLE from a smart device to the PC. This works as planned with 10% of PCs, however the others hang during the process. Possibly, some PCs built-in BLE modules do not support the GATT server role. We need to confirm this and hopefully create a solution. If you think you may be able to help then please enquire. I have been working with BLE and I am also seeking for the same problem as you. As far as I know, there are still some laptops that support BLE but I haven’t got reliable info yet. I hope we can work together to solve this or at least, we understand the our problem clearly.
