HFT trading system

I am interested to hire a HFT c++ developer that will code (or already has the code and wants to sell) a profitable HFT system that runs on a Linux machine and trades profitable at these FX exchanges: EBS, Reuters. The system can trade individually at each exchange or search for arbs between them, market making or anything else you can imagine and can be realistically put in practice or already works. The system has to be able to at least cover the cost of hosting/connection to the mentioned exchanges and remain positive at the end of the month. I am basically buying institutional trading experience. Exact payment method and testing to be discussed in the project acceptance process. Along with your bid please post the experience you have, description of your idea, proposal for testing/payment and anything else you find relevant. p.s If you are in the futures business and can do the same from a dedicated server with dma to CME or other similar exchange i'm open to suggestions/ideas.
