I need a small project to be done in C language. It shouldn't take long for C programmers. It includes a matrix generation using 2D arrays and some simple operations within the matrix. I need it to be done by 20th of March 2017. I would also like to have comments added in the logic part of the code. That makes it easier for me and others to understand. Please help.
