Pine Script Indicator Combination into Strategy

Hello, I have 3 trading view indicators I am looking to make into a complete strategy. The problem right now is there 3 indicators function individually and this make it very difficult to produce a clear signal. Here is what I need done: Combine: Willian Vix Fix Indicator - Currently I have to setup to where I get an alert once multiple criteria within the indicator are met issuing an agressive and/or conservative buy signal. In order to confirm the validity of these alerts they needs to be combined with an additional indicator alert.... RSI and EMA RSI Indicator ( need to develop an alert when specific levels are reached between these 2 indicators. Fortunately both the RSI and EMA RSI have already been combined into 1 indicator. I need a function coded into pine script giving an alert IF the RSI is greater than or Crossing Up the EMA RSI. So basically both the indicators mentioned above give out independent BUY alerts. What I need you to do is combine both indicators and alerts into one overall strategy thus creating one universal BUY indicator when both the EMA RSI alert is present and one of the (2) William Vix alerts is present. CURRENT EXAMPLE - When the criteria is met on the Willian Vix Indicator an alert is issued. At the same time the alert criteria on the RSI and EMA RSI indicator has been met which produces an alert of its own. So I am getting 2 sometimes 3 individual alerts and unfortunately trading view on its own does not know how interpret these alerts and issue a universal BUY alert to the platform. EXAMPLE 2 - criteria is met on the William Vix Indicator which produces an alert. However the alert criteria on the RSI and EMA RSI indicator has not been met....thus there should be NO universal buy signal. SOLUTION - When the criteria from both indicators is met a Universal buy signal should be produced. When only 1 of the 2 alerts is present there should be no Universal Alert or individual. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Separately: I have a custom Laguerre PPO Indicator Need an alert built in issuing a universal sell alert to Trading View once a certain number within the indicator is reached. (I would like to have the option to change the number within the indicator triggering the sell alert) CURRENT EXAMPLE - I can create an alert in tradingview for this but it does not act as a function. Trading View does not execute on the alert. SOLUTION - Level 60 is reached on the PPO indicator issuing a universal sell signal to trading view. Right now all indicators mentioned are Studies not Strategies - once all things mentioned above are combined into a strategy I would like the ability to backtest different configurations. happy can explain in more depth - all indicator heavy lifting is complete now just need a specialist to do the integration.
