Create toolbar with not predefined Command WPF C#

We can customize toolbar by using its DataTemplate.. We can make a view model that implements Icommand interface for Command and CanExecute. What should be the functionality of "Gain" "Bath" "Palette" ?

Hi, I've built some small WFP apps for myself many years ago, although I've long since moved onto UWP / XAML as my application framework of choice. I'd probably need to know more about what it is you actually want achieved because it's straight forward to build an app with menus, but it's what those menu items achieve that's of interest and which may take some time. Do you have existing code that you want executed or do you want custom functions to be written. I'd certainly need to discuss what exactly you want. But this should be doable in a couple of days (with some back and forth discussions, and accommodating time-zones, I'm in Australia). I have a very good experience in WPF with C#. So it will be easy for me to finish your project without any delay.

To achieve given requirement i can go for delegate command available in prism library or i can implement custom command from icommand to create a modularized code. Can complete the requirement in a day.
