MQTT Server in .NET Core

Need MQTT Expert with .NET skills. I have an HTTP POST request in my api (written in .net core) for an IoT device. Here is HTTP JSON body: {"samples": "", "securityCode": "", "deviceId": ""} Need to change the protocol from HTTP to MQTT, so that the device sends the same content to the server, but using the MQTT protocol, and the data should be stored in a Microsoft SQL database. In summary, I need an expert who: 1. Propose a solution to this problem 2. Create code in .net core for MQTT API which will receive data from IoT device and store in SQL database.
