The task is to read 2D matrices of UINT8 numbers in HDF4 into OpenCV using code in C# (EMGU [login to view URL]) and do basic segmentation of images using tools in EMGU. The front end should be a Visual Studio (VS2015 is preferred) solution of Windows Console application using C#.
