Hi, Sir I'm previously worked in this project, so I can complete this project within 2 days, it's depends on the data size.

I've been using DTM different formats for years for preparing bathymetry of 2D Hydrological models. Put 7 days because from my experience I know that DEM files are huge and require much more computing power and time that simple vector data.
