Chef - repost

Hi, We are looking for a Chef who could come and cook for a team of around 40 people for 10 days (week days only). We have chafing dishes and small kitchen with industrial oven and basic equipment. We are looking for someone who could take charge of ordering, cooking, cleaning (people clean after themselves and we have two dishwashers so it’s not much work). We normally have two groups one at 12.30 and second at 13.00, menu is up to chef’s initiative as long as budget is kept to around £2.50 per meal per person. Please could you let me know if it is something you could organize for us, we would need help from next week.
