Help needed with a boot virus / bluetooth ... Unliveable situation

Dear all, I am looking for a person who could remotely fix my computer and help me removing a boot virus. Please see below the symptoms I have seen over time. I think like working from a cloud/workspace mirroring my own computer The system is asking me to enter twice my logins from time to time The system asks me many times to enter mmm credit card details raising suspicions with the vendors when I buy online. I get a Citrix workspace notification update requests now and then Some websites like trading websites are blocked and then seem to be unblocked I have a lot of .py files on my computer I have some files related to Vulkan I also found out that I had an Xbox profile on my computer (quite strange since I am not a gamer) I have the terrible blue outline when I select a When starting my computer, I had 3 black dos screens launching. In fact, every time I start my computer, I seem to have these three DOS windows. The issue is more or less the same with my iPad, PC and iPhone. On my iPhone and iPad, I feel like I have a separate menu. The virus jumps from one device to another one via Bluetooth. I used to have a narrator reading and reproducing. What I was listening to. Formatting and resetting my computer does not help much since I still have the three windows getting back when I start the computer. I keep getting pop-ups to accept cookies. All the above occurs in all my devices. I’d appreciate if someone could eradicate the issue that made my issue very unlivable. Thanks a lot
