I need someone to write a terms and conditions page for an e-commerce website. The Company is Track Search Pty Ltd and provides on line calendar information on sporting events and an online classifieds section. Classifieds are paid upfront and cost $25.00 and will last for 6 months. The contract needs to include privacy sections of client data and information, privacy of information , e- security section . Also the right for us to remove content that is offensive etc. We take no responsibility for accuracy of information I have listed some of the key points payment policy is upfront in all cases via a secure payments facility. All sections must be compliant with Australian Corporations Law.
