I am a culinary educator with a degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science. I also hold a Food Safety and Controlling Cost license. Food is my passion and I love to whip up new dishes in the kitchen by experimenting by blending flavors with herbs and spices.
Before starting my own practice, I worked with the New York City Department of Health as a culinary educator and a nutritionist for the Farm to Preschool Program. This program was targeted at preschoolers and their parents to introduce them to fresh fruits and vegetables. I developed and implementing workshops to both children and parents demonstrating cooking skills, new recipes, how to incorporate different flavors into meals, and also taught them about the importance of proper nutrition.
I am a published nutritionist who has been featured in Bride Magazine, New York Post, and the high quality organic skincare line, Flynn & King.
