Marketing Plan Part 2

The executive summary has been written. Now i need to write the Market Summary, Market Demographics, SWOT Analysis, Keys to Success, Critical Issues, and Target Markets. A template for the above is attached. You simply have to modify that with the accurate information based on the executive summary. The Executive Summary was about a "Drive-thru Laptop/Cellphone/Ipad Repair shop". A customer that has a problem with their device will be able to come to the drive-thru in the morning and drop of their device and pick it back up in the evening when its fixed. The store is estimating an average turn around time of 6 hours (if parts are available). If there are any additional problems with the device than the store will contact the customer before fixing the device. The customer will have the option to rent another device until theirs gets fixed. The store will be try to be located in an area that is close by to a distributor of parts so as to get easy access to them, aswell as in a location that will generate a lot of traffic to the store.
