Copywriter Needed 4 Counselor. Longer Term Work Available.

OVERVIEW: I’m a counselor new to a counseling group and in need of my own sales copy for this page: [login to view URL] Your job will be to quickly scan my brain dump of ideas, identify the best angle to attract clients and spin a short 50 word sales copy which links to a longer 500-1000 word sales copy. Winner will get the opportunity to work with me on many more copywriting, content writing, ghostwriting and rewriting projects. TARGET MARKET: I live in Portland, Oregon, US which is a very liberal, progressive, tolerant city much like Amsterdam & San Francisco. People here tend to be very spiritual (some Buddhist leanings), enjoy yoga, love the outdoors and value sustainability, recycling, organic foods and permaculture. Think tree hugging hippies. My target market is any age group (slightly skewed towards females) interested in alternative forms of emotional healing &/or in need of help with motivation, decision making and goal setting. They have a slightly negative perception of pharmaceutical companies, modern medicine, psychiatry and the stereotypical cold, distant and aloof psychologist (think Sigmund Freud). A quick scan of the profiles in the above web site will give you a more concrete feel for this market. I’m looking for something similar in thrust but much more powerful and professional. MY USP (you should know what this stands for): The fact that I'm a trained physician sets me apart from the other members of this group (and alternative healers in general). However I don’t practice as a physician because I don’t believe in the Psychiatric approach to emotional problems. It's been my experience, both in the psychiatric ward and in outpatient settings, that the use of psychiatric drugs and diagnostic labels for common emotional concerns tends to cause more harm than good. I’m focused on a more natural, holistic and empathic approach to emotional healing, without the use of drugs. My empathic approach as well as my fees set me apart from other Psychiatrists (MDs) and Psychologists (PhDs). I’m an Ordained Minister licenced and trained in Spiritual Counseling, a certified Clean Language Coach, have training in guided visualisation, utilize art therapy and will soon be certified in EFT (tapping).
