White paper on Outsourcing and Information Management

Hi, I need to put up few white papers in my company website. They are 1. Outsourcing IT Projects: Should cover all aspects of outsourcing, procedures, risk, precaution, volume, who should outsource etc, in 1500 words, with proper illustrations. Basically this should be such that people who read it is encouraged to outsource! 2. Information Management: What, How, Why on Information Management, and how various businesses are affected by it's proper use and improper use, in 5000 words. Basically this should be such that people should feel a need to manage their information using software, intranet and internet. The articles should be authentic, with smooth flow of sentences and paragraphs. Illustrations, either images or graphs or tables will be appreciated. Also, you should disclose the source of all the contents, claims you put forth, so that i can verify them.
