craiglist/loquo type site

Looking for freelancer to work with our local designer / developer and to perform developing part of the project. Site, to resemble the ease of use you'll find with [login to view URL], namely: the ability of a visitor to post ads without having to be logged in or be a registered user, by simply providing a valid email address that is used to confirm posting [job broadcast in our case]. The idea of our site is to enable a visitors' informatiom with SMS Technology to multiple-user members' pda, cell, blackberry etc. This site must be server-based and shall resemble, as I mentioned, craigslists' simplicity of use. If something was left out please let it be known.
