This is a small private university in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and we are looking to create a new website in Latest Drupal 8.7x. We have selected a Theme called Scholarly at [login to view URL] We will buy this Theme and we are looking for a skilled developer to install this on our server at [login to view URL] and adjust this to our needs. We are working with Drupal basic now to create our content into the menu category structure we have. You will need to use this menu structure for the new Theme and bring the content into that structure. [login to view URL] This website will be a multilingual website namely (English, Arabic, Kurdish). Please note that Arabic and Kurdish are Right-to-Left Languages. We will translate all Key item that is needed for the other interfaces. The major part of our website is News and Event which relay on a Newsletter Module and Google Calendar integration from a specific account which we hope to work with Scholarly Theme. Please only bid if you are the man for the job and have time to start immediately. Payment will be paid in one milestone when the product is 100% ready to deliver. Only the fully functional end product is valued and paid by us. Thank you
