i have a lot of experience on gpu transcode and transcoding system. but from your project description, i have some questions: 1. do you need an transcode software, which software can config 50 stream transcode at same time ? 2. which OS do you want? is Linux ubuntu OK? 3. the Mpeg bitrate and resolution？ 4. the output H264/H265 bitrate and resolution? looking forward your reply. after knowing the detail information of your project, we can negotiate an more suitable fee and time.

Hi, I can transcode using Nvidia video codec SDK, FFMPEG or libav and CUDA for parallel stream processing. Do you need a GUI form multi GPU selection? I couldn't get the last line. Also, will this be a Windows or Linux application? Please let me know. Thank you.
