148490 Improve ranking of posted vide

I plan to submit a video to a popular website in about 2-3 weeks time. I would like the video to receive a large number of views, high ratings, and positive comments, in a short period of time following its posting. Essentially, I need somebody to orchestrate this campaign. Each view/rating/comment needs to come from a separate viewer. My target would be roughly 300 high ratings, 300 favorable comments and 3,000 views.
