Analyze telephone operator invoice data

We are a Telecom Expense Invoice Management company based in Spain but expanding in Europe and Latam. We are seeking native-speaking IT professionals in various countries in EUROPE and/or with a background or experience on telecom invoicing formats and/or content to help us map, read, check, understand and possibly convert local operators invoice files (like Cosmote on Greece, KPN, Deutsche Telekom, COLT Telecom in France, etc.). We need technical consultancy to understand the concepts included in those invoices, and convert invoice data to our standard invoice interchange format. Medium level of Spanish or english is required to talk to us, and knowledge of local language for understanding concepts included in invoices. In the first phase of the project we will need to analyze mobile invoice information from Netherlands, UK, France, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Sweeden, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Poland, Finland, etc.. So good understanding of English, is needed to talk with us, if spanish; a plus. Thanks.
